What is puppy yoga ?
Puppy yoga is exactly what it sounds like—a feel-good yoga class where playful pups roam freely as you flow through gentle, beginner-friendly stretches. At Stretch & Fetch, it’s not about perfect poses—it’s about laughs, connection, and tail wags. It’s the perfect combo of movement, mindfulness, and puppy love.
What should I wear ?
Comfy, flexible clothing you can move in—think leggings, joggers, or your favorite sweats. Since you’ll be interacting closely with puppies, we kindly recommend wearing freshly washed clothes to help us maintain a clean, safe environment for everyone (especially our furry friends!). The vibe is relaxed and playful, so just come as you are and get ready for lots of tail wags.
What are the benefits for puppies ?
Our sessions offer pups early socialization in a calm, happy, and safe environment. They get to interact with kind people, explore new sights and sounds, and build confidence outside of their home setting. Every interaction is gentle and monitored, helping them grow into well-adjusted, loving companions.

How do you ensure health and safety ?
We take the well-being of both our guests and our pups seriously. Our studio is cleaned with vet-grade disinfectants, and all participants must remove their outside shoes and wash their hands before entering. Puppies are closely supervised, and we follow the same health protocols breeders use when introducing pups to new environments.
What is the minimum age requirement ?
The minimum age to attend is 8 years old. For guests aged 16 and under, a parent or guardian must be present during the class. Our goal is to keep the experience joyful and safe for everyone, both the puppies and the participants!
Late Policy ?
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session and allow time for travel and parking. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee entry into the class, and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy ?
While we do not offer refunds, we’re more than happy to transfer your ticket to a future session, subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate a date that works for you!
