About Us

Stretch & Fetch offers puppy yoga in Edmonton as a thoughtfully curated, care-led experience designed for both people and puppies. As the first to introduce puppy yoga to the city, we guide our approach with intention and create an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and never rushed.

We design our puppy yoga classes in Edmonton for everyone, whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time. In each session, we guide gentle, feel-good movement in a relaxed, soothing space, with puppies staying by your side throughout the entire 60-minute experience.

What makes our classes different is the time and care we build into every session. We intentionally pace and thoughtfully size each class, allowing space to move slowly, settle in, and connect without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. We remove rushing and pressure, leaving only movement, laughter, and uninterrupted puppy cuddles from start to finish.

Stretch & Fetch was built with heart. A portion of every class supports local rescue organizations dedicated to giving dogs safe, loving homes. By joining us, you are not only treating yourself, you are directly contributing to a greater good within the Edmonton community.

Where Puppy Wellness Comes First

Our classes are thoughtfully structured to support puppies during an important stage of development. Through calm exposure to new people, gentle movement, and a relaxed environment, puppies are given the opportunity to build confidence and positive associations at their own pace. Sanitization Protocol

Rest Period

Our events are thoughtfully designed such that the puppies get a full hour of rest time between classes.

Water and Food

Fresh water is always available, and the puppies are fed nutritious meals on a carefully planned schedule set by their breeder or rescue.

What an incredible experience! I am short of words for this experience, but to sum it up, you need to experience this at least once! The staff was so incredibly nice, and I have to say, the puppies were the cutest! The most adorable part was them playing lullaby for the puppies during their rest time, like seriously I wish I could stay there forever. I was slightly unsure of what to expect, especially because there were puppies involved; however, they did such an incredible job. The puppies were clearly so well taken care of, they were on top of the sanitary aspects in the class, and I felt good knowing I was also contributing to the local rescues. The staff here are awesome and it’s clear how much they care for the dogs. The 10 bulldogs in the class were all well taken care of, super playful, and honestly just hilarious to be around. With about 25 people, the energy was lighthearted and fun—yoga mixed with bulldogs snoring, rolling over, or climbing into laps. It didn’t feel like a typical class at all; it felt more like hanging out with friends while being surrounded by happy pups. Definitely an experience worth doing again.
